Itinerary
Day 04 Days / 03 Nights Program — Day 1 — Welcome to Aswan — Embarkation & Afternoon Sights
Embark before lunch and settle into your cabin. In the afternoon visit the Aswan High Dam to view its engineering and the panorama over Lake Nasser. Continue by motorboat to Philae Temple on Agilkia Island to explore its island sanctuary dedicated to Isis. Finish the afternoon with a visit to the Unfinished Obelisk and the ancient granite quarries. Return to the ship for dinner and overnight in Aswan.

Day 04 Days / 03 Nights Program — Day 2 — Optional Abu Simbel — Kom Ombo
Optional early-morning transfer (by road or flight at extra cost) to Abu Simbel to see the monumental rock-cut temples of Ramses II and Nefertari. Return to the ship and sail north toward Kom Ombo. Visit the twin Kom Ombo Temple, devoted to Sobek and Horus, and see its medical reliefs and small crocodile museum. Overnight on board while sailing toward Edfu.

Day 04 Days / 03 Nights Program — Day 3 — Edfu Temple by Horse Carriage — Luxor East Bank
In the morning take a traditional horse carriage to the Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of Egypt’s most intact temples. Return to the cruise for lunch as you sail to Luxor. In the afternoon explore the vast Karnak Temple complex and then visit Luxor Temple at dusk. Dinner and overnight aboard in Luxor.

Day 04 Days / 03 Nights Program — Day 4 — Luxor West Bank — Disembarkation
After breakfast, disembark and visit the Valley of the Kings (entry to three tombs included; access to Tutankhamun’s tomb is optional at additional cost). Continue to the mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon before transfer for onward travel.

Day 05 Days / 04 Nights Program — Day 1 — Welcome to Luxor — Karnak & Luxor Temples
Embark before lunch, settle in, and begin with an afternoon visit to the Karnak Temple complex, including the Avenue of Sphinxes and the Hypostyle Hall. Later walk through Luxor Temple, an atmospheric site at the heart of the city. Return to the ship for tea, dinner and overnight in Luxor.

Day 05 Days / 04 Nights Program — Day 2 — West Bank Necropolis — Sail to Esna
Spend the morning on the West Bank visiting the Valley of the Kings (three tombs included; some tombs available at extra charge), the terraced Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise for lunch and depart south, passing local villages and farmland before transiting the Esna lock. Overnight sailing toward Edfu. Optional early-morning hot air balloon rides over Luxor are available at extra cost.
Day 05 Days / 04 Nights Program — Day 3 — Edfu & Kom Ombo En route to Aswan
Continue north with a visit to Edfu’s Temple of Horus (typically reached by carriage) and then sail to Kom Ombo to see the unusual twin temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus, including its medical reliefs and crocodile exhibits. Overnight on board while making your way toward Aswan.
Day 05 Days / 04 Nights Program — Day 4 — Aswan Highlights — Philae, High Dam & Unfinished Obelisk
Visit the High Dam to view its scale and Lake Nasser. Reach Philae Temple by boat to explore the island sanctuary of Isis. Stop at the Unfinished Obelisk and the granite quarries to learn about ancient stone-working techniques. Evening at leisure on the ship in Aswan.
Day 05 Days / 04 Nights Program — Day 5 — Disembarkation in Aswan — Final Transfers
Breakfast on board and disembark. Transfers are provided to the airport, train station, or East Bank hotels in Aswan as per the included transfer arrangements.
