Sabena Al Jamila Nile Cruise
Sabena Al Jamila is a deluxe River Nile cruise boat operating scheduled sailings between Luxor and Aswan (stopping at Edfu and Kom Ombo). Launched in 2002 and refurbished in 2010, the vessel offers a mix of suites and double cabins with private bathrooms: four suites (approx. 35 sq m) and 66 double cabins (approx. 22 sq m). Public spaces include a panoramic lounge and reception, a lower-deck restaurant, a sun deck with pool and bar, a library, and a mezzanine boutique. Cabins have individual air conditioning, safes, large panoramic windows, and standard in-cabin amenities. Itinerary
Day 4 Days / 3 Nights — Day 1 (Every Monday departures from Aswan) — Embarkation in Aswan — High Dam, Philae & Unfinished Obelisk
Board the cruise before lunch and settle into your cabin. In the afternoon visit the Aswan High Dam for panoramic views over Lake Nasser, then transfer by motorboat to Agilkia Island to see Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Finish the afternoon with a visit to the ancient granite quarries and the Unfinished Obelisk. Return to the ship for dinner and overnight in Aswan.

Day 4 Days / 3 Nights — Day 2 — Optional Abu Simbel — Sail to Kom Ombo
Early-morning optional excursion to Abu Simbel (available by road or short flight at additional cost) to explore the relocated temples of Ramses II and Nefertari. Return to the ship and begin sailing north toward Kom Ombo. In the afternoon visit the unique twin temple shared by Sobek and Horus, plus the site museum with crocodile finds. Overnight and dinner on board as the vessel continues toward Edfu.

Day 4 Days / 3 Nights — Day 3 — Edfu Temple & Luxor East Bank
At Edfu ride a horse carriage to the Temple of Horus, one of Egypt’s most intact temples, then return to the boat and sail toward Luxor with lunch on board. In the afternoon visit the Karnak Temple complex and later Luxor Temple, both on the East Bank. Dinner and overnight are on board in Luxor.

Day 4 Days / 3 Nights — Day 4 — Luxor West Bank — Disembarkation
After breakfast, check out and cross to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings (three tombs included; certain tombs such as Tutankhamun are optional at extra cost), the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. End of services in Luxor.

Day 5 Days / 4 Nights — Day 1 (Every Thursday departures from Luxor) — Embarkation in Luxor — Karnak & Luxor Temples
Board before lunch and take time to settle into your cabin. In the afternoon explore the vast Karnak Temple complex, including the Avenue of Sphinxes and the Hypostyle Hall, then visit Luxor Temple. Return to the cruise for tea, dinner, and an overnight stay in Luxor.

Day 5 Days / 4 Nights — Day 2 — Luxor West Bank — Royal Tombs and Sail to Esna
Visit the West Bank’s highlights: the Valley of the Kings with visits to three royal tombs (additional tomb entries may be extra), the terraced temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. The ship then continues sailing toward Esna. (Subsequent days of the 5-day program follow the same Luxor–Edfu–Kom Ombo–Aswan route and similar visits as the 4-day itinerary.)
