Itinerary

Day 4 Days — Day 1 — Welcome to Aswan – Temples & Tranquility

Embark before lunch and settle into your cabin. In the afternoon visit the Aswan High Dam with panoramic views over Lake Nasser, then reach Philae Temple by motorboat to explore the island sanctuary of Isis on Agilkia. A visit to the Unfinished Obelisk and the ancient granite quarries follows. Dinner and overnight on board in Aswan.

Day 4 Days — Day 2 — Abu Simbel (Optional) – Kom Ombo

An early-morning optional excursion to Abu Simbel is available by road or flight (extra cost) to see the relocated rock-cut temples of Ramses II and Nefertari. Return to the boat and sail north toward Kom Ombo. In the afternoon visit the twin temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus, with its medical reliefs and small crocodile museum. Dinner and overnight as you sail toward Edfu.

Day 4 Days — Day 3 — Edfu Temple – Luxor East Bank

Travel to Edfu by horse-drawn carriage and enter the remarkably well-preserved Temple of Horus, learning the myths of Horus and Seth. Return to the boat for lunch and sail to Luxor. In the afternoon explore the Karnak Temple Complex, then visit Luxor Temple as the evening light enhances its colonnades and statues. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

Day 4 Days — Day 4 — Luxor West Bank – Disembarkation

Breakfast on board and check-out. On the West Bank visit the Valley of the Kings (entry to three tombs included; optional access to Tutankhamun's tomb at extra cost), the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut carved into the cliffs, and the Colossi of Memnon before disembarkation.

Day 5 Days — Day 1 — Welcome to Luxor – East Bank Exploration

Embark before lunch and settle into your cabin. In the afternoon visit Karnak Temple Complex—walk the Avenue of Sphinxes and the Hypostyle Hall—and then continue to Luxor Temple for an evening visit. Return to the boat for tea and relaxation on the sun deck. Dinner and overnight in Luxor.

Day 5 Days — Day 2 — Luxor West Bank – Royal Tombs & Sail to Esna

Visit the West Bank to see three royal tombs in the Valley of the Kings (optional entrances to Tombs such as Tutankhamun or Seti I are available at extra cost). Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise for lunch and sail south toward Esna, passing riverside villages and transiting the Esna Lock. Dinner and overnight as you continue toward Edfu. An optional hot air balloon flight over Luxor is available at additional cost.

Day 5 Days — Day 3 — Temples of Horus & Sobek — Edfu to Kom Ombo

In the morning reach Edfu and visit the Temple of Horus, accessed by traditional horse-drawn carriage. After exploring Edfu, the cruise proceeds toward Kom Ombo for the afternoon visit to the twin temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus, noted for its unique layout and medical scenes.
