Itinerary

Day Day 1 — 04 Days / 03 Nights – Welcome to Aswan: High Dam, Philae & the Unfinished Obelisk

Embark before lunch and settle into your cabin. In the afternoon visit Aswan’s modern marvel, the High Dam, then continue to Philae Temple on Agilkia Island, reached by boat. Finish with the ancient granite quarries to view the Unfinished Obelisk and learn about Pharaonic stone-working techniques. Return to the ship for dinner and overnight in Aswan.

Day Day 2 — 04 Days / 03 Nights – Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples; Sailing the Nile

Early morning sail toward Kom Ombo. Explore the unusual double temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus, and its nearby museum. After lunch on board continue to Edfu. In the afternoon take a traditional horse-drawn carriage to the well-preserved temple of Horus, then return to the cruise and sail toward Luxor for dinner and overnight.

Day Day 3 — 04 Days / 03 Nights – Luxor West Bank: Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut & Colossi of Memnon

Visit the Valley of the Kings to see three royal tombs (optional extra for Tutankhamun’s tomb). Continue to the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the ship for lunch and enjoy a relaxed afternoon on board. Dinner and overnight in Luxor.

Day Day 4 — 04 Days / 03 Nights – Luxor East Bank: Karnak & Luxor Temples; Disembarkation

After breakfast and check-out, explore the vast Karnak Temple complex—walk the Avenue of the Ram-Headed Sphinxes and admire the Hypostyle Hall—then visit Luxor Temple before the end of your cruise.

Day Day 1 — 05 Days / 04 Nights – Welcome to Luxor: Karnak & Luxor Temples

Day Day 2 — 05 Days / 04 Nights – Luxor West Bank: Royal Tombs & Temples; Sail to Esna

Morning visit to the West Bank: the Valley of the Kings (three royal tombs included; optional extra entrances may be available), the temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the vessel and continue sailing toward Esna.
