10 Day Cairo, Nile Cruise and Sharm El Sheikh
This 10-day private tour pairs Egypt’s iconic antiquities with time to unwind on the Red Sea. Begin in Cairo with visits to the Giza plateau and the Grand Egyptian Museum, then fly south to Aswan to board a three-night Nile cruise calling at Philae, Kom Ombo and Edfu before exploring Luxor’s West and East Banks. The journey concludes with three nights in Sharm El Sheikh for beach time and optional Sinai excursions. The program is fully private and can be tailored to your preferences; domestic flights, guiding, transfers, and specified meals are included.

Itinerary
Day Day 01 — Arrival in Cairo
Arrive at Cairo International Airport where an English-speaking representative will meet you and assist with transfer to your hotel. Evening at leisure and overnight in Cairo.

Day Day 02 — Giza Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum
After hotel breakfast, an Egyptologist meets you for a tour of the Giza Plateau to see the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure and the Sphinx. Lunch at a local restaurant is included. In the afternoon visit the Grand Egyptian Museum near Giza to view its extensive collection, including the treasures of Tutankhamun. Return to your Cairo hotel for the night.

Day Day 03 — Fly to Aswan and Transfer to Nile Cruise
Check out after breakfast and transfer to Cairo airport for the short flight to Aswan. On arrival meet your representative and join your Egyptologist to visit Aswan’s High Dam, take a motorboat to Agilika Island to see Philae Temple, and view the Unfinished Obelisk. In the evening board your Nile cruise in Aswan for check-in and overnight on board.

Day Day 04 — Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples
Breakfast on board precedes a visit to the unique double temple at Kom Ombo, dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris. Return to the ship for lunch as you sail. In the afternoon visit Edfu’s Temple of Horus (typically by carriage), one of the best-preserved temples on the Nile. Evening entertainment and dinner on board.

Day Day 05 — Luxor West Bank: Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut
After breakfast on the cruise, explore Luxor’s West Bank including the Valley of the Kings, the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the ship for lunch and enjoy an afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight aboard the cruise.

Day Day 06 — Luxor East Bank and Fly to Sharm El Sheikh
Visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple on the East Bank after breakfast. Later transfer to Luxor airport for a flight to Sharm El Sheikh. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your Sharm hotel for overnight.

Day Day 07 — Sharm El Sheikh – Leisure or Ras Mohamed Optional Excursion
Breakfast at the hotel and a free day to relax on the Red Sea beaches. Optional full-day Ras Mohamed tour (by road) is available: travel to the Ras Mohamed reserve, visit the Shark Observatory for gulf panoramas, then return to the beach for snorkelling among coral reefs before returning to Sharm. Overnight in Sharm El Sheikh.

Day Day 08 — Sharm El Sheikh – Optional Canyon Trip
Another free day in Sharm with an optional early-morning canyon jeep trip into Sinai. The excursion involves a drive to the canyon area, a hiking section, a stop for lunch in Nuweiba, and a short shopping stop in Dahab before returning to Sharm. Overnight at your hotel.

Day Day 09 — Fly Back to Cairo
After breakfast transfer to Sharm El Sheikh airport for the flight to Cairo. On arrival you will be transferred to your Cairo hotel. Optional evening activities such as the Sound and Light show at the Pyramids can be arranged.

Day Day 10 — Departure from Cairo
Check out after breakfast and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your onward flight. End of services.
