Itinerary
Day ASWAN TO LUXOR — Day 01 — Arrival in Aswan & Embarkation
Arrive at a private dock in Aswan and board the vessel. Guests are greeted with a traditional Zaffa musical procession before settling into cabins and enjoying lunch on board. In the afternoon, weather permitting, take a traditional felucca for a peaceful sail around Elephantine Island, passing Lord Kitchener’s Botanical Garden and the Aga Khan Mausoleum. Return to the ship for afternoon tea with live oud music and relax before cocktails and a gourmet dinner.

Day ASWAN TO LUXOR — Day 02 — Philae Temple & Kom Ombo
After breakfast, take a short motorboat ride to Agilkia Island to visit the reconstructed Philae Temple complex, followed by a visit to Aswan’s granite quarries to see the Unfinished Obelisk. Return to the ship for lunch and sail toward Kom Ombo. In the evening visit the unique twin sanctuaries of Kom Ombo, then return for dinner and an onboard movie night as the cruise continues toward Edfu.

Day ASWAN TO LUXOR — Day 03 — Edfu Temple & Luxor Sightseeing
Dock at Edfu and visit the well-preserved Temple of Horus with your Egyptologist. After lunch on board, sail toward Luxor. Guests may join a cooking demonstration introducing Egyptian ingredients and dishes. On arrival in Luxor, enjoy a guided visit to Luxor Temple. In the evening participate in an Egyptian Night aboard the ship with galabeya dressing, Arabic music and dancing.

Day ASWAN TO LUXOR — Day 04 — Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut & Karnak
Cross to Luxor’s West Bank to explore the Valley of the Kings, select royal tombs and the Valley of the Queens, including the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari. Stop at the Colossi of Memnon before returning to the East Bank to visit the vast Karnak Temple Complex and its Great Hypostyle Hall. Return to the ship for afternoon tea and conclude the evening with a formal farewell gala dinner and traditional dervish and dance performances.

Day ASWAN TO LUXOR — Day 05 — Disembarkation in Luxor
After an early breakfast, complete checkout and disembark at approximately 8:00 AM to continue onward travel arrangements.

Day LUXOR TO ASWAN — Day 01 — Embarkation in Luxor
Board the cruise at a private dock in Luxor and be welcomed with a traditional Zaffa procession. After lunch on board, visit Luxor Temple and the Karnak complex with your Egyptologist. Return to the ship for afternoon tea, then meet the Boat Manager and fellow guests for evening refreshments followed by dinner.

Day LUXOR TO ASWAN — Day 02 — West Bank: Valley of the Kings & Hatshepsut
After breakfast, cross to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings and selected tombs, the Valley of the Queens and the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Pass the Colossi of Memnon en route back to the ship, then enjoy lunch while sailing toward Esna and continue toward Edfu with an evening movie night aboard.

Day LUXOR TO ASWAN — Day 03 — Edfu & Kom Ombo
Visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu in the morning. After lunch, sail toward Kom Ombo and visit its symmetrical twin sanctuaries dedicated to Sobek and Horus, with reliefs including depictions of medical instruments. Return to the ship for an Egyptian Night with galabeya dress-up, live music and dancing.
